• Quiet hours: Absolute quiet must be observed from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. At all times, guests are required to behave in a way that does not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

• Cleaning: The rooms are cleaned after departure. Please vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM at the latest to allow for cleaning.

• Additional guests: It is not permitted to bring unregistered persons into the apartment, rooms, balcony, or any other areas of LIMIX Stays without the owner’s permission. Subletting or transferring the room, even partially, is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the reservation will be canceled and a penalty fee of €500.00 will be charged.

• Smoking / Weapons / Drugs: Bringing weapons, drugs, or similar items is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and only when using the provided ashtrays.

• Personal belongings: LIMIX Stays assumes no liability for unattended personal belongings. No responsibility is taken for loss, theft, or damage.

• Pets: Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.

• Parties: Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are not permitted on the premises.
